Tri Valley Athletic Association

Beginning with the 2026 fall season, TVAA Boys Soccer competes as a single league division, following the conference rule that any sport with seven or fewer teams plays as one. Halifax, Millersburg, Susquenita, Juniata, East Juniata, Greenwood, and SJCA make up the league. The champion is determined by the best overall league record, with a playoff game held to break a tie atop the standings if it can be completed before the PIAA District tournament deadline.

TVAA Girls Soccer competes as a single league division, with six schools — Susquenita, Line Mountain, Juniata, East Juniata, Millersburg, and Halifax — fielding teams each fall. The champion is determined by the best overall league record. If two teams finish tied atop the standings, a playoff game is held to decide the title, provided it can be completed before the PIAA District tournament deadline.

TVAA Volleyball is a girls-only sport with six schools — Upper Dauphin, Millersburg, Juniata, SJCA, East Juniata, and Halifax — competing each fall as a single league division. The champion is determined by the best overall league record.

TVAA Field Hockey may be one of the league's smaller programs — just four schools, Susquenita, Greenwood, Newport, and Line Mountain, competing as a single division — but the conference traditionally sends multiple teams deep into the state playoffs each fall. The league champion is determined by the best overall league record.

TVAA Boys Cross Country features four schools — Juniata, Susquenita, Newport, and Upper Dauphin — competing each fall as a single division. The league champion is determined by the best overall record across dual meets throughout the season.

TVAA Golf features four schools — SJCA, East Juniata, Millersburg, and Newport — competing each fall as a single league division, with boys and girls playing together. The league champion is determined by the best overall league record across all meets.
